Privacy
The short version: this site has no accounts, no forms, no address capture and no server to send anything to. Everything you type into a calculator stays in your browser.
What we do not collect
- ✕Your address. There is no address field anywhere on this site.
- ✕Your email address or phone number. There is no sign-up and no quote form.
- ✕Your calculator inputs. ZIP, service rating, peak demand and install date are used in the page and never transmitted.
- ✕Uploaded utility data. Green Button XML and interval CSV files are parsed by JavaScript running in your browser. The file is never uploaded, because there is no endpoint that would receive it.
What is stored locally
One item: your light or dark theme preference, kept in your browser’s local storage under the key theme. It never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Hosting and logs
The site is static and served by Cloudflare Workers. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL — to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not add our own logging on top of that, and we do not receive a copy of it in an identifiable form.
Advertising
The site carries a small number of manually placed advertising units. Ad networks set their own cookies and may use them for measurement and personalisation, governed by their own policies and by the consent controls your browser and region provide. We do not pass them anything you typed into the calculators — the calculators do not transmit their inputs at all.
There are no auto ads, no interstitials and no units that change based on your inputs.
Analytics
If privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics are added, they will be named here before they run, and they will not collect calculator inputs.
Children
This site is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, export or delete. If you email us, we hold that email until it is dealt with; ask and it will be deleted. Contact →
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The current version is dated 27 August 2026.
